I live in East Sussex in the UK – married with a family of three grown-up children – one son living in USA a second living Italy and a daughter in the UK
Who Am I?
Interests in community activities as a former member of the National Association of Round Tables and now as a member of ex Round Tables Association having held office as Chairperson in both organizations. Sporting interests include being a life-long supporter of Newcastle United Football Club. Enjoy travelling having visited much of Europe, Australia. Hong Kong, USA, Fiji and New Zealand.
Before setting-up Alan Knox Associates my last appointment was as Regional Manager London and South East and a member of the Corporate Management Team for a major national UK Building Society I consistently achieved results in excess of agreed business targets with annual mortgage lending levels at £1,000m and was responsible for the management of 35 branches together with training and development of 300 staff.
Before this I was a Projects Manager at the Housing Corporation undertaking viability studies of housing development schemes. I took responsibility for the schemes from land acquisition to letting stage. Property portfolio under management averaged some 80 schemes with a capital value of £600m
As Alan Knox Associates, I represent two property developers offering holiday homes in Cape Verde and residential investment property here in the UK.
